Small waterproof pouches are used at the beach, on boats, at water parks and on rainy commutes. The things to check are the closure, which should be a sealed zip, slider seal or roll-top rather than a press stud, the seams, which should be welded, and whether the pouch needs a clear window, a lanyard or a belt loop. Every order passes through incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process checks during welding and sewing (IPQC) and final inspection (OQC), with SGS or QIMA third-party inspection available on request. Our test programme covers seam tensile and bonding strength, load testing of 1,500+ cycles, zipper testing to 3,000 cycles, salt spray on hardware, abrasion, and colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample. Waterproof ratings are verified on the bag itself: a heavy rain and water-jet test for IPX5 and IPX6 models and a full water-immersion test of 2+ hours for IPX7 and IPX8 models.
